Follow Through.
Last week we posted a video of Matt's training for the 5K that accompanied the Glastonbury Apple Harvest Festival. In the video, we noted that Matt "intended to win" the event. This morning Matt stayed true to his word and WON the race, besting the next finisher by 2 minutes and setting a personal record of 16:29 in the process. Congratulations Matt!
